Painting pondliner?

I'm doing a pond outside for turtles and I was wondering if anyone has ever painted their pondliner and could recommend a paint since I'd like to change the black color to make it easier to see the turtles at a distance while keeping it bare bottom.

they make colored liners in PVC or vinyl... just get a heavier mil. as there usually thinner than the standard 45mil epdm rubber liners.
