I cant seem to find here in our country the recommended spray paint for aquarium use which is Krylon paint and Rust-oleum???

What would you guys recommend besides those 2, what are the things i must look for to know if the paint is aquarium safe :)

I used krylon fusion with no prolems at all. You can get it at any Autozone here in the USA. But over there go to krylon's website and find a seller.

Since the formula is not listed on the can, you can't really make an educated decision on which is safe or not. As long as the paint has not come from a country that still uses lead or mercuric compounds in their paint, then you should be fine.

If this is for painting plastic parts, you want to make sure that the paint is formulated for use on plastics. Paints designed for plastics are inherently safe for underwater use. Lastly, you need to wipe down the parts with either acetone or PVC cleaner so that the paint can properly bond to it. If not, it can blister and peel after several weeks of use.
