Painting pvc?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have only used Krylon Fusion for plastic spray paint and it worked great for me. I prepped the PVC first by lightly sanding it, cleaned with damp cloth or denatured alcohol, let dry and then sprayed a thin coat, let dry and repeat until desired coverage. Let cure for a week just to be sure and then rinsed before use.

+1 for krylon fusion. All that I will add to deedas info is that you should do your best to apply a uniform, even, relatively "thin" coating to the pvc. If the paint pools up or runs it will later Crack and peel off in places after being submerged for awhile. Less is more in this situation imo.
