I am about to paint the back of my 210. I was going to spray paint the back like the last 2 tanks. But i was wondering which is easier and looks better. Satin black Latex paint that is rolled on (which will match the stand) or Flat black spray paint? Let me hear what everyone has to say.

I've used latex on a few tanks and seems to work well. The latex will probably scratch easier than the spray, but I like the idea that it is easy to remove if I change my mind in the future.

And it's not like you can't fill in the scratches. I would say go for the rolled, if you don't like it just take it off and spray paint it.

i dont like the idea of it scratching easily with a filter, hose, or whatever equipment, so i use spray paint. it's not like if i'll be changing my mind and paint it some funky color like petsmart blue :nilly:

That is a good point. plus with a tank that size i wont be moving it around a lot. If I dont have to that is.
