Painting the inside of a acrylic tank

You can pretty much polish out any scratch if you want to.
If not , paint the outside not the inside.

There are shatter cracks every where and these white marks also these will not buff out.Trust me I need to paint the inside .Can anyone please help a brother out?

Those will buff out. You could also flame them out. Anything that doesn't go all the way through *can* be buffed out, although at a certain point you're going to lose structural integrity.

For painting acrylic I'd use a paint specifically made to bond with plastic, this is the one instance i'd recommend Krylon fusion over my usual recommendation of "The cheapest spraypaint you can find". be sure you tape off every bit of the inside that you're not painting, in an enclosed space like that the overspray will be impossible to control.
