Tried something a little more different. Took a couple tries to get it to resemble a stick figure but I think I got it!

go find an open area where nothing in the background reflects ur flash . set the flash close to urself . so it lights u up . so when it flashes it'll capture u clearly, then u have watever time you set to paint : )

interesting. but wouldn't it still blur my image as i move around? I guess I need to spend some time cloning myself out in PS

you would fade a lil bit, and if theres any light behind you, it'll shine through you. otherwise, if its pure black in the background you would be pretty clear..... i added u on fb, look at one of my album when i had a party wit people and had so fun much with light painting xD
