Pairing oscars?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Well yea that's why I'm asking, I know you can't visually sex an Oscar no matter what anyone says, you have to wait for one to lay eggs in order to see the males organ. I was just wondering if they swim together naturally or if they are forming pairs.

I had 4 random oscars from three different LFS and i kept them all together for 3 years.... none ever laid eggs, non ever got aggressive with each other. I am assuming that breeding oscars cant be easy.

With my 2 pair they r male n female n they stay 2gether n also fight as a pair against all other fish, think tht when u can tell when they pair up n fight as 1 plus if they do the swimming dance
