No there really aren't any tricks to pairing up festae. You have to let them pair up on their own. This is with festae or any other species. Many times people are fortunate enough to place a male and a female together and they pair up without any problems. More often than not though, tragedy occurs with festae. You just have to be vigilant and patient. Let the festae do the rest. The devider method is excellent advice. Place the male in between the two females and see how it works out after the devider is removed. Make sure you take the devider out when you have plenty of time to keep an eye on them. Another method you can try is place other species in the tank with them. By doing so, it may or may not take the attention off of the three of your festae from fighting one another.
