Pairing???

I've had these discus for a day and a half and already my royal yellow and my red turkoise are looking like they are going to breed. They were dancing and shaking around eachother, but theyre small, there only 3-3.5 inches big. Is it possible they're pairing up or what happening???

Discus can pair at quite a small size. Possibly pairing off.

They might be pairing but it dosent mean your going to get some fry soon, They will need to mature and turn into good parents.

Ya can be "pairing off" but they wont have eggs until they are around 5". But on the other hand it can be two femals so only time will tell

It has to do more with age than size, although they are 3.5 they might be already mature. Depending on what type of discus you have, usually they start pairing up at least a year old.
