I've been having a lot of trouble with my dats lately. First I had fungus, then I had the "disease", then ick, now I dont know what my dats have. One of my Indo's trying to stand on its head and is very pale in color. His gills are red and is breathing heavy. I only noticed him scratching again this morning but had to work a double and thought that it was fungus or something. I already have salt in the tank and a heater set at 85. This has cured everything else but Every now and then my dats would scratch but then stop. The dat is considered a scaleless fish right? I only have medicine that says not to use on scaleless and treats gill flukes. Do I use it or try something else. I'm thankfull for all the support I get and for the prior support. Thanks again.
