Palmas is sick

palmas has been acting odd/sick lately. swims spastically and weird, breathing heavily. water parameters and 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 20-30 nitrate at most. very religious with my water changes every 5 days at least. no visible damage or anything. everything else is fine. added salt at 2tbs per 5gal. any help guys?

nope. they're all fed the same and everthing else is fine. flukes have been suggested but just wanted more opinions.

do you have rocks or any fake material in the tank missing?

it's bare bottom, no decor. it's a 90 gal with 2x ac110's, xp3, and 2 sponge filters for filtration.

now it's landing on it's side and upside down after spazing out. come on guys anything?!!!

my fish acted like that..a week later ick showed up.... :/

try raising the temp to 83..if its a parasite...it wont live above 82 degrees
