Palmas one eye is swollen slightly the other is fine HELP

My palmas, still eating like an animal, active and no signs of distress.
but noticed that one eye is slightly swollen -

was thinking of treating with melafix and salt.

Any ideas?
hope its not fatal!
help please

possibility that its scratched itself while swimming or something.
though i minimise all edges in tank to be harmless.
but still could have.

i am starting to treat with melafix today and salt
but jsut wanna know if anyone seen this before.

I read of this once and I believe the guys fish had a bacterial infection and it was cured with clean water and maybe meds.

Bacterial infection is probably the cause. Don't worry just add salt about 1-2 tsp per 10g. It should be fine.
