well I would have already bought it at that price. my 3" delhezis cost $60. Some will say it depends on the species of palmas and, availablity in the area. There are 3. Palmas-polli,buettikoferi,and palmas. My best guess would be that its a palmas polli as they are the most common out palmas to import.
As for a 90 gallon it will work fine for life.

Hold on take a picture before you buy it, it could be a Senegal. If they don't tell you palmas polli palmas bueti it's most likely a larger Senegal
I bought one tonight. He is actually only about 6-7 inches. Looks great though. They were actually only $50.00. If you want I can buy the other for you and meet you somewhere on 85 or 95 in VA in a couple weeks. These fish have been there for a month + so i would bet they be there for awhile longer.
post a picture of the one you got maybe I'll take you up on that offer. I cannot find polys anywhere and, online doesn't have the ones I want. Once I get a 180 setup I believe toyin will be my best friend.
I paid 15 for my Palmas. Its about 4" long. Its base coloration is right (gold) but it has not developed the full marbling yet.

I don't know where in Maryland you are but House of Tropicals in Glen Burnie has a tank full of Palmas. I bought one Sunday and they had about 10 left. They were 15 each.
