Hi, got in last to my Palmas upside down on top of the water, looks like definite swim bladder issue, anyone know what is the best treatment for this? I can pop him in his own small tank for now if needs be. Had this guy a few years now an really don't want to lose him thanks in advance..

Lower the water level so he can be kept upright. Use a cloth or something to use as a wedge to keep him up. Can use kanamycin, nitrofurazone, and metro. If still alive then can add prazi to deworm. Add Epsom salts. Try and quarantine. Pray and cross ur fingers.

Just enough water to cover his top. He needs enough to be able to let him be right side up with help of cloth or some type of crutch, so to speak.

Stomach doesnt look too big, he could have tried to eat a prawn too big for him though as I put them in for my massive Clown Knife. I will inspect closer tonight

Yea it could be caused by multiple reasons, but if he's is bloated, there's a good chance he is constipated.

If from constipation then avoid feeding for several days and give Epsom salts. It acts as a laxative.
