I have a young Rio Mag, which i'm looking to breed once i find a suitable female.

But i have been really curious about the Panama Greens lately.

Does anyone own 1 or more?

Please post pictures of yours, young or old doesn't matter.

Not many out there. There are a few members that have some. No reason to mix, if you want to breed Umbriferum and you have a Columbian I would look for a female from the same origin.

You misunderstood. I wasn't looking to interbreed them.

I was just inspired by my own umbee and wanted to inquire about the Panama green umbee, because i might want to breed those too.

My bad for poor phrasing.

Oh okay. I think the blue look much better, you might find some pics of the green on Aquamojo web site. He had them.....hope some post pics of there own.

I had a panama green and colombian blues. You can compare my past green and 1 of my past blue umbee's below.

Here is the green at 5 inches. The blue was 6.5 in the photo.

Greens are not to flatering compared to the blue as you can see , so thats why I sold it.

Yeah Lopaka has a real nice one. His name is Hulk. Panama's are nice looking when older. Same as the blue umbee's they look better as they age.

They are both very beautiful specimens:) beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I am just as guilty as the rest though and im much more taken by colorful fish;)
