Did i say it right? whats the big hoopla with these things? i have an oppurtunity to buy some at 3.99 for my 55g . i like em theyre cute. i know theyre fairly new to the hobby does anyone have experience and adults of these? is that price fair for 1-2"? tankmates?

I took care of them when I was working wholesale. Seemed pretty hardy (rarely lost any) and were fun to watch, behavior wise they're kind of a mix between a pleco and a loach.
