Pangasius Catfish questions

how fast do the grow? they will get 3-10 feet right? what do they eat?
how big and fast do they grow in an aquarium?

it's also know as the irdesent(spelling?) shark. black on top with a gray bottom.

its only 3 to 4 ft but they grow pretty fast!

Mine grew pretty slow compared to all my other catfish. I had 3 of them and a few months later got some paroons, rtcs, marbles etc and they all flew past them in growth. I've read some peoples though that grow really fast, like 12"+ the first year. I loved mine and miss them so much

thanks, I'm kind of dumb, my friend had one in his tank and his tank was to small.
so I have him in my 140G(84x16x24) how long can I keep him in there till it becomes to big. (my discus where sold).

Comfortably, when he reaches the width of your tank. Once he starts pushing 17"+ turning around for him will get harder.

Used to have one. They are quite jittery fishes
Anyway I gave them away because I prefer them on my dinner plate than as a pet
