Very nice...it does look like it has some slight ich. Hope it's getting treated. Don't see them around as much anymore.
nice shoot man,they always swim around tank and never stop,hard to shoot them but you can 
it eat anything,mine are about 3" eats pellet,life food,frozen blood worm and shrimp..

right now i am feeding them hikari cichlid gold floating as well as sinking
yes they have ich,
with paroons one thing i have noticed is, no matter how slow you acclimatize them they still tend to get ich during the next water change, but once ich comes and goes they never again get it
