Panther crab and pleco compatibility? any1 have experience?

What do you mean by "pleco"? If Ancistrus or ottos, should be fine. If you mean large "common" or Pseudacanthicus (etc), then may be be problematic.

they are Pseudacanthicus, what kind of problem will i have? they got alotta spikes on the side not sure if theyll be safe with a panther crab

I was thinking of the Pseuda possibly eating the crab when the pseudo gets big, especially if the crab is out and has just mottled. They are somewhat carnivorous.
