Very nice Knife.:D

nice knife hard to say thow depends on the knife i've seen some with other fish but most are pretty mean try a cheaper fish first and if it okay an aro will probly be okay but if the knife lets it live an aro would be a good tank mate

alright thank you i'll try it out hopefully it works and he doesn't destroy the fish because the p. afer is a nice looking fish again thanks

I've got a pair of P. Afer's one 13in. and the other is about 14.5in. VERY VERY AGGRESSIVE the ONLY fish I have ever send completely SHRED a pleco anything that swims mid water to top will sooner or later become attacked they don't seem to bother my polypterus but they have killed plecos that stay on the sides of the tank to long, arowanas get DESTROYED, gars, small 9-10in. and under red devils, etc....

VERY secretive SMART fish very wary of their surroundings I have noticed they tend to watch your eyes they look you dead in the eyes and seem to think things thru I have had mine for about a year now and still VERY hard to see if they don't want to be watched they WON'T be watched

MAN I LOVE MINE

sweet p. afer's fwlion yeah i noticed the same thing with my guy after just having him for a few days you could tell they are a very smart fish, seeming to know every move they are going to take and doing it very carefully well then i'll have to see if he destroys one of my frontosa's that i'm gonna throw in with him later, if he does i'll have to set up a tank just for him as i've already grown fond of this guy and would like to keep him thanks for sharing too fwlion

I've heard that they can be very aggressive. It might be fine with an Aro, but I'm not sure how it'll react with the CKs. Give it a lot of hiding spots. That might make it more comfortable in it's surroundings and possibly make it less aggressive.

alright thank you will do, i've tried putting a frontosa in there and right when it was in there the pompom came right up behind him and just followed him??? don't know what he was doing but so far the frontosa is still alive with no marks on it yet
