Parachanna obscura JUMPD OUT

I woke up this morning and found out that 1 of my Parachanna obscura jumped out and died they can not live without water than i thought ! SUCXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi,sorry for your loss,yes they can live without water for a few hours,keeping their bodies wet in some way. It happened to me with my micros and the ones that survived were the ones that Id got back in the aquarium in time.

From my experiance, if it still alive but very weak, it maybe dead if I put it back to the tank. Keep it in other tank with lowest water level with drug, change water until it strong enough to put it in the tank.
My maluria jump out on last monday then I just put back to its tank today.
Hope it won't happen again.

Ya my SH jumped out too. I found him a meter away from his aquarium several hours later....He's still alive to this day hope he remembers i saved his life.

That sucks. Same thing happened to me the other night. My aro jumped out luckily i was there to save him.
