Parachomris teeth

So I got a little jag about 7" and he already has bigger teeth than my old 14" male. Do there teeth ever stop growing and if they lose them do they grow back.

If they lose teeth, they do grow them back. They also have a set of pharyngeal teeth in the back of their throat to keep food from coming back out
