I hope. He holds down the middle of the tank while each female hold a side of the tank. Then I have the goofy vieja lol. They don't mess with each other and the vieja just does his own thing.They’re spectacular! I’d expect to see some eggs in the not so distant future.
Not sure. Right now he's in the 125 still and only comes out to eat. He's housed with a carpintis, JD and two thorichthys aureus. I have a small carpintis female I'm letting grow out a bit more to try and pair off with the larger male. Have a separate tank for that which is empty. I have another 125 with a chuco microphthalmus, synspilum, some firemouths, lyonsi and salvini that are growing out.He’s beautiful! It’s a shame you had to remove his potential lady friend. What’s your plan for him?
