Got this on Wednesday for free , does anyone know how to sex it ? It's quite mild mannerd atm and not botherd much really. It's in with a big mixture of stuff atm as im awaiting some glass for my other tank, so in this un there's Rays, cichla, datnoides, oscar , poly's and catfish so a big mixture!

that is a deff parachromis losellei iv had one for 9 years and shes still goin strong. and you have a male. a female would have compleatly rounded dorsal and anel fins .

Ahh just compared the two species and it's pretty obvious when looking at the two of them next to each other !

That's a Loisellei for sure and I'd say it's a male.
