Thats a female P. Friedrichsthalli

a Freddy!? Well thats one vote for mota, one for Lois, and now a freddy. Any other guesses?

Its not a Mota.. It doesnt even look like a gold Mota. Definitely either Loisellei or Freddy... My vote is for Freddy. Loisellei are sparse last time I checked and Freddies are pretty easily obtainable. Also it has a pointier nose than a Loisellei.. Its 100% female too.

That's a P. Friedrichsthalii. I just picked one up this weekend at a local LFS that looks exactly like this one. Great looking fish by the way. The P. Loisellei doesn't have the vertical line pattern.

Lol, MFK you are usually more helpful than this. Should I take more pics? If it helps, this may have the smallest mouth of all my parachromis. Its really the vibrant red tail and the black dots on the fins that throw me off, you may not be able to see them well but the dorsal and tail fins have a couple pitch black spots.

Help at all? Anymore opinions? Do you all agree that it is female?

BTW all the debris is food, just fed them all and the big guys get crazy.
