Hey everyone, long time lurker first time poster here...

I was wondering if anyone might know if I have a male or female managunesis?

Some background info, he/she is a little over a year old (bought about 1 year ago this time at about 0.5in), he/she is probably pushing 6-8in at the moment.

I'm leaning male do to the pointy reproductive organ that shows, and slight hump on head; but I'm not entirely sure. In any case it doesn't really matter what it is, just curious.

Looks male to me too.
Not only for the traits you mention, but because of the spots on the lower gill plate, and lower jaw.
With most Parachromis, female have a more naked gill plate as for a spots go.
An example is this female P motaguese.
