I decided to take a record of how big my male Managuesne got as well as my Dovii. I was going to measure my Female Managuense but she seemed a little too stressed so I decided against it. Here are the pics

Manny: 11 3/4"ish
Dovii: 8" maybe an 1/8th to a 1/4 more.

great looking fish!! hows the big midas doing?

Thanks! The Midas is doing SUPERB. Even bigger now pushing almost 14". He is still has a major Attitude problem but he hasn't been bothering his tankmates at all lately.

nice monster jag!
are these 2 in the same tank?

Yes they are both in the same tank as well with a 12.5-13" Female Jag, a 10" Female synspilum and an 8" BlackBelt.

Nice Parachromis! The Jag is getting big. At 12" mine slowed down in growth quite a bit.

That quite understandable as most Jags will definately slow down at 12". I found that 12-13" they start to get higher bodied more than length wise as my Female is getting really tall bodied now and she's almost 13".

I am projecting my male will achieve at least 15" by the time he is done growing. I don't see him getting much bigger than that as he is a moderately slow grower. Great diet and water is kept perfect just his genetics won't let him grow fast.

The Dovii on the other hand is growing faster than any other fish I have owned besides midas. Midas are just rockets in growth no comparison to other fish.
