This pair of 'regani' have taken over the spot where a pair of argentius spawned last evening. The argenteus have abandoned their eggs (not unexpected since it was their first spawn and I disturbed them badly to get the other video) and within minutes, the regani moved in. Here you can see the 11" male concentrating on eating up any of the remaining argenteus's eggs. The 8" female is doing her best to attract his attention. Also a second female is vying for his attention as well.
