Yeah, I've used it before for ich. I would recommend still separating the infected fish (unless it's the whole tank) and doing the 'dip' method outlined on the bottle. I'm still a believer in turning the heat up and adding a little aquarium salt for most cases of ich, but seachem's stuff is some of the best avail. check to make sure it's ok if you have any inverts in the tank.
