Parasite in community tank

Quick question – I have a largish Severum recently moved back into my 125G planted community tank. He’s got a small parasite on one side – looks like a raised white dot. No other signs of stress. I’ve been treating the tank with 1 tbsp salt per 10g’s for 3 days, raised temp to 81, very little improvement. I do not want to remove him from the tank to treat in isolation – he’s been moved 3 times in the last couple of months and is very skittish already.

Not a big fan of medicating a community tank, especially a planted one, but if the salt + raised temp doesn’t do the trick, and suggestions for a safe, broad-spectrum anti-parasite med that is economical enough to dose 125G’s?
