Don’t see much except some roughed up scales. Could you circle the area or areas in question?
 
Hard to tell from the pictures, I the bass acting stressed, or did you just notice the patches? As Kno4te said all I can see if the rough scales. Does he fight with other fish. Is the bass new or have they been in the tank a while?

He’s been In the tank a while, he fights with the Oscar but i never see them bite eachother they kinda just chase eachother around the tank and then stop, he also stopped like eating a lot that’s why he’s so thin

Probably stressed from the Oscar. Maybe separate for a while. Hope it starts eating again.
