Parasite Worm ID

I had a molly die in qt, I pulled it because it was showing signs of intestinal parasites, and sure enough I found this by the body:

Any ideas what kind of worm this is? Should I be treating the dt for it or is it a “one fish at a time” type worm and I stopped it early?
Assuming the former…

looks like camallanus worm... I would treat the whole quarantine tank

Treating with levamisole wormer will do the job.
