Noticed my Texas cichlid had white Feces I just want to play it safe. I’m assuming it’s a parasite . What do you guys think?

Diet- omega one pellets(main), occasional worm treat, krill, and shrimp.

Stringy poop doesn't always indicate an intestinal parasite infestation. Constipation might actually be the problem.
Maybe hold off feeding for a couple days. I mix in NLS Thera +A in my feeding regime. It's a food that contains quite a bit of garlic. Seems to be a pretty good preventative.
If the situation persists, consider using Prazipro or Metroplex.
Hope things get better soon.

+1. Maybe give a break off of the shrimp and krill. Recheck the poop again. If continues then hex shield or metroplex.

In nature, approximately 50% (maybe more) of Texas cichlids diet is algae, and detritus (they are omnivores, not strict carnivores).
Could be yours is not getting enough of that roughage, and getting to much meaty type food, that stalls in the digestive tract, allowing the wrong kind of bacteria to proliferate.
I find giving most members of the Herichthys clade a low protein, high in algae (Spirulina) pellet may be a better regime than if your relying on lots of protein like shrimp, bloodworms or krill.

I see brown poop mixed with intestinal mucus lining. When my cichlids have an intestinal parasite issue, it's just a lot of intestinal mucus lining.

Switch to New Life Spectrum Algaemax as its main pellet (best algae based "veggie" type pellet out there) and see if it improves after a few weeks. If it won't improve with Algaemax or just quits eating, then it's time for medication.

When I did this for my green terror, there was a dramatic huge improvement and less intestinal mucus shedding like yours.
