I just notices these small bug looking things connected to my oscar and jag there are about 7-8 on my oscar and a few on the jag what do I do what are they?
Parasites???? HELP?????

I agree with PC. Was thinking fish lice too. If it is, you need either dimilin/diflubenzuron or neguvon/organophosphate/masoten/dylox/trichlorfon. Better find the first one first since it's safer.
