Parasites? ID

All water paramiters check out perfect. All other fish Ok. Bought at LFS seemed perfectly healthy, and watched it for a week or 3 before i purchased.
Noticed it had stringy poo, but was flat broke so increased temp to 84 and added 1tbsp per 10 gallons with 20% water changes a day for a week. Then it's belly started to look as if it were over eating and stringy poo was getting thicker. Also noticed something protruding out it's butt as seen in first pic.(if you can see it)
Went out today and started treating with PraziPro. Just wanted to make sure I'm taking right steps.

Well stil swimming great! Still has same belly, also has stringy dookie trailing. Any suggestions?

Alright, now he seems to be gasping for air. Also just caught him resting on the filter intake. His belly seems to be a little bigger and his butt is looking like it's stickin out. I don't know if i want him to "pop" in my tank. I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated
