Parasites with jaguar fry

hi my aquarium got parasites that look like lint but move and wiggle and i also got jaguar fry that barely started free swimming and im worried if they eat the parasites they will die wut do i do plz help
 
I picture might be helpful so we can see what your talking about and maybe I'd what's going on.
 
had something similar to that...i did 30% water changes every other day ....worked for me...i also added aquarium salt...but mine wasn't that bad i caught it early
 
If they are very tiny white worms in the water, then it's probably Planaria. They are harmless if this is the case. They accumilate in tanks with a lot of uneaten food and waste in the substrate. Their numbers can be reduced by regular water changes, cleaning the substrate, and reducing the amount of wasted food in the tank. I hope this is your problem and not parasites.
