I have a male and female Green Terror pooping white stringy poop... I am during 80 percent water change and adding epson salt. I have them in a 360 gallon tank with a wet dry, when cleaning out the tank, should I be cleaning out the bacteria in the wet dry also; fearing that there could be parasites hiding in the bacteria in the wet dry?

what are your water parameters?

It could be stress or hexamita. If it's hexamita treat with metrodonidazole. If you dose the whole tank it should kill whats in your filter. Remove activated carbon before hand. Might lead to a mini cycle...or big cycle. Who knows. You should also buy food for them containing metrodonidazole, but it won't help with the filter situation. Good luck.
