Parasites?

So I brought home some bluegill my son and I caught and put them in my 220 well all are doing fine one is just kinda sitting in the corner. Anyway they are pooping a lot I mean I've never seen so much poop but one fish the one that's chillin in the corner has what looks like worms like 10 thin long worms coming from his bum is this parasites? Is switching them from the lake to a tank causing them to poo so much and purge out the worms? I know Epsom salt will do that but theirs none in there....

Looks like they are pooping algae....strange.
 
So I got home from dinner, no spaghetti poop all fish are swimming and happy it's great two hours later the fish who was spaghetti poo that was looking fine is back in the corner looking sick again, all other fish are fine swimming around even eating some worms idk
