I've never been quite sure if my fish pictured was a P. Guttulatum. Apparently i recently learned that the fish is a lost specimen from Lake Amatitlan, so there's no positive identification of the fish. Still on the bright side he's a big beautiful fish with great personality. Thanks for looking....Nutty.:D

Nice fish man. I guess it would be impossible to find a female of the same species for that bad boy huh? Oh, you don't have a problem with the cichlids eating the rainbows?

ask Aquamojo, he can tell you or refer you to people who can give you a good id.

This was infomation given to me by Juan Miguel Artigaz, i think that maybe as good as it gets.:) Still i would love some other peoples opinions, as i'm really stumped if it's a true Gutts or a hybrid. It was from a good source so i am a little dissapionted. As i've said before i think he's still a beautiful fish, Thank you for you comment.:)

He looks really nice. Do you still have him?

So nobody knows what a guttulatum looks like?

this is like my favorite tank on mfk lol.
other than that dovii 300 gallon set up, i'm sure some of you have seen it.

I really like this fish.
