Make sure you visit the ACA website, under the ESP (endangered species program) and visit with Lou Rovner and John Luckshire- these guys are awesome- totally commited to preserving Paretroplus menarambo- you may be able to get a donation or at least buy some at the upcoming ACA convention in Sacramento (many fish have been donated to benefit conservation programs).

but i think you must order them specially... they are getting way too rare to find in normal LFS.

I'm in California and I know someone who imports them from Europe, i think i've already pm'ed you about it. I myself am getting some Paretroplus Petiti. They're not as extinct in the wild as Paretroplus Menarambo but they are critically endangered.
