The photo you post looks like Pe aff maromandia from Lake Andrapongy and the Anjingo-Ankofia River. It is thought this species is extinct in the lake, according to de Rham and Nourissat, after first seeing the fish, they went back to the lake 2 years later and were told by fishermen it had not been caught or seen again, due to overfishing and introduction of non-native species.
They believe there may be remnant populations found only in brackish water.
Because of the vulnerable status of cichlids Madagascar, removing fish from the country has become very difficult, and the ones brought back by deRham and Nourisatt have likely been lost.
