im thinking of starting to do it but dont know how to exactly get started
 
start taking martial arts one like tkd you will get strong in your legs and lern balance and after awile u just get more comfortable with that **** i could bakc tuck areial like after just 4 months of tkd
 
kool i try but i dont know if i can fit it in with my daily schedual is there any excursizes
 
k kool i was gonna try and hit 30 pull ups in reps of four but that take some time
