Parochromis loisellei??

My friend thought he bought a jag. but we were doing research and we found out it is actually a Parochromis loisellei. Does anyone know anything about these species

Care is just like any other parachromis. Its a very nice fish I have 6 at the momment waiting for a spawn

post a pic.....it could be a loisellei or freddy.....they get mixed up by the pet stores all the time....i got my loisellei at 2 inchs as a jag about 9 yrs ago...not as aggro or as large as a jag but the care for them is pretty much the same....

all parachromis species are aggro, but the loisellei is the smallest and less aggro of the parachromis...very nice looking and could get away with tankmates in a 75 gal or higher...depending on tankmates....
