My second Paroon shark had iches before, now fully recovered but not eating, tried to give pellets and feeder carps but didn't eat, need some advices thanks

The fish is still sick. Ich treatment does not work immediately and can take about 2 weeks to fully work.

If the water tests show good results and the fish is stress-free otherwise, it will feed when hungry. And conversely, if something is off with the water or the fish is stressed in some other way than inadequate water, it may not gain an appetite.
Do quarantine the feeders carp?
If you don't your fish will be in harms way for diseases, parasites, and harmful pathogens.
