How common are short body paroons? How much would one typically cost? And what are paroons temperment like to other fish? how big do theyy get? Could I expect to pay less than $150 for one
 
I rescued one 15 months ago. IT was about 14". She has doubled her length, width, I cant tell you how much in weight. I have found another home for her. They are fish that need ROOM. BIG ROOM. I have a 6'x4'x2' pond, 200 gallons. I thought she would grow slow like my 18 year old ID pushing 27". NOPE. Think this over. If you have the capacity for one, lucky you. I find she is the boss at dinner time. No one eats till she is done. She is a nice fish. Im in Ontario. I had no problem finding her, most stores sell babies for $15.

$15 each for babies?wow, here its $250 for a 10 cm.I doubt if juvies are any cheaper that $50.
 
Short body paroons are rare.
AWESOME looking, but i only know of one existing, although there are probably alot more than one.
