I went to the Newport aquarium for the first time today. They had a 30 gallon long tank with tons of elephant fish in it, but I also noticed there was around ten 3-4" paroon sharks. And in another tank(large tank, probably 300-400 gallons) there was around fifty 3-4" paroon sharks. I asked about the catfish to one of the fish people working there and they said there was a huge bust of people trying to sneak them into to USA and now they get to keep them. They also told me that they are only going to keep two-four in the 60,000 gallon tank and give the rest to aquarium around the nation. Just thought i'd share this.

thats awsome lol

Haha yeah. It's an awesome aquarium too. In their 60,000G tank they have four 5-6 foot arapaima, two 30" rtc, a 3' silver arowana, and a bunch of cichlids. They also have a 26" MBU puffer in a African tank. They also have a 12' gator named mighty mike.

they are tank breakers... Get scarred and BLAST into the other sides usually injuring themselfs... Ive seen one hit its head so hard it went upside down for 10 minutes before it came too

Wait... are paroons illegal in the US now? That's the first I've heard of that...
