Parrot Cichlid Juvenile Color Question

I have recently purchased two Juvenile Parrot Cichlids, and on is already losing its darker color, and is partly orange. The other is completely black, and has started to develop these strange blue spots on his tail and the back of his dorsal fin. Is this normal?

id say yea bc my parrot is orange now and on his tail its has blue spots it actually looks pretty nice

It does look pretty nice, I was just wondering if he would keep them. Can't wait until he gets bigger.
