Parrot fish Black colored patches?

why does my parrot fish have black spots all over it? Is it a disease? Is she sick? Will this affect the other fish? The spots got darker n larger since i got her.

BPs get black marks when stressed. You should add aquarium salt to reduce stress. Is he eating?
 
How big is the tank, are there any tank mates if so what are they and how big are they, how big is the BP, how long ago did you get it, Are there any tank mates bullying it?
