dude, check out blue gold aquarium right in emhurst. I once got the guy down to 8$ a parrot and they are incredible quality. I've had them for about a year and they are still vivid red/orange w/ perfect body shape.

there are plenty of deals out in NYC.. for parrot ciclids.. asian comm usually would have deals and great looking fish.. like LBathory said it can get that cheap.. if you still need help PM me..
