Parrot Fish

So my new found fascination with these hideous hybrids has led to some research. I understand that the vast majority of these guys are dyed, but there are a select bunch that are naturally bright red. My question is...how can I tell which are dyed and which are natural? Also, what's the difference between regular parrot fish and King Kong parrot fish?

From My understanding iKing Kong Parrots have been selectively breed to grow bigger with larger kok and for their mouths to close. They are some Parrots not dyed they are usually just orange and labeled blood parrots.
